History:

In 1993 Ron Gedeon established RPG Valuers in Burwood, NSW. His desire was to bring a superior level of customer service to his clients that he had garnered as a youth working in his parents business in the early 1970’s. It was this strong work ethic and the desire to serve that led to the founding success of what is now the AVG Valuers Group as a leading provider of independent valuation and consultancy services. 

In 1995 the business moved into offices in North Sydney and quickly grew into one of the largest suppliers of valuations to the lending industry in Australia. By 2004 the company was conducting thousands of valuations for every major lender in Australia.

In 2010 the company merged its business with Australian Valuers Group to form AVG Valuers and expand its range of services. Today, the company is renowned for its specialist valuation and consultancy services to governments, multi-nationals and the general public. AVG Valuers has conducted hundreds of compulsory acquisition valuations under the Just Terms Act and has been engaged by legal counsels to provide expert testimony in property and business valuation matters.

AVG Valuers is proud to say that it is a multi-disciplined valuation and consultancy practice providing valuation and consultancy services to a wide client base. Its consultants are certified property valuers (CPV) and certified property practitioners (CPP) and are members of both the Australian Property Institute (API) and the Australian Valuers Institute (AVI) as well as other professional bodies. 

25 years later the company vision remains the same; ‘to provide a superior level of customer service to its clients by listening and acting in their best interest at all times’.
